Is there a monthly fee?

No. Starter, Pro, and Elite tiers have IQD 0 monthly fee.

How do I move from Starter to Pro?

Reach IQD 5M monthly volume and your tier upgrades automatically.

How do I move from Pro to Elite?

Reach IQD 20M monthly volume and your tier upgrades automatically.

Can I manage sub-resellers?

Yes. Sub-reseller management is available on Pro and Elite.

When can a tier downgrade happen?

Only after 3 consecutive months below the tier threshold.

What is sandbox?

Sandbox is a test account with fake balance and fake bookings.

How do I go live?

Complete company verification, commercial approval, and prepaid travel balance funding.

How do I get paid?

Booking credit is added to your CrownRoute prepaid travel balance after confirmed bookings and can be paid out through supported local payout methods.

Can my customers use my own booking link?

Yes. Resellers can share a branded booking link, while Pro and Elite partners can also manage sub-reseller teams.

Who helps with booking issues?

CrownRoute support helps route booking, supplier, refund, balance, and technical issues through chat, WhatsApp, or console tickets.
