Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules for using CrownRoute websites, partner services, Crown Core Engine, travel products, and travel APIs.

Effective date: June 9, 2026

1. Company and service scope

These Terms govern access to services provided by Crown Routes Travel Agency under the CrownRoute brand. CrownRoute is a B2B travel commerce infrastructure platform. Crown Core Engine is the operating platform used to support partner access, travel distribution, bookings, finance, reporting, users, agencies, and API connectivity.

CrownRoute serves approved resellers, travel agencies, API partners, suppliers, and other business customers. CrownRoute is not presented through this website as a consumer holiday or tourism service.

2. Acceptance and commercial agreements

By using the website, submitting a business request, accessing a portal, or using an activated service, you confirm that you are authorized to act for your organization and agree to these Terms.

Approved partners may also sign a commercial agreement, order form, supplier agreement, API agreement, or service schedule. Those signed terms control if they conflict with these website Terms.

3. Account approval and responsibilities

Access is subject to business verification, commercial approval, technical readiness, compliance review, and service availability. You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, manage authorized users, and promptly report suspected misuse.

You are responsible for your customer relationships, lawful use of the platform, customer communications, required disclosures, and the actions of users operating under your account.

4. Travel products and supplier rules

Flights, hotels, visa services, travel insurance, transfers, activities, and related services may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Availability, pricing, fare rules, cancellation rights, refund eligibility, documentation requirements, and service conditions are determined by the applicable supplier and displayed or communicated during the booking process.

CrownRoute coordinates distribution and operations but does not guarantee supplier availability, visa approval, carrier schedules, hotel performance, insurance claims, or outcomes controlled by third parties or government authorities.

5. Pricing, balances, settlement, and taxes

Fees, margins, commissions, transaction pricing, credit terms, wallet or prepaid balance requirements, settlement cycles, and taxes are defined in the applicable commercial agreement or platform configuration.

Partners must maintain sufficient approved balance or credit and remain responsible for valid charges, adjustments, supplier penalties, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and reconciliation obligations connected to their transactions.

6. Travel APIs and technology use

Approved API partners receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use authorized CrownRoute APIs and documentation for the approved use case. Sandbox access does not authorize production transactions.

CrownRoute provides travel APIs and travel commerce infrastructure. CrownRoute does not provide software development services to API clients. Partners requiring frontend, mobile, or application development may use their own teams or approved technology partners.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, Crown Core Engine, APIs, supplier content, or partner data. Prohibited activity includes unauthorized access, credential sharing, fraud, abusive automated traffic, security testing without written permission, unlawful resale, sanctions violations, intellectual-property infringement, or interference with service operation.

CrownRoute may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect users, suppliers, systems, data, legal compliance, or commercial obligations.

8. Intellectual property and confidentiality

CrownRoute, Crown Core Engine, platform interfaces, documentation, workflows, content, and related intellectual property remain owned by Crown Routes Travel Agency or its licensors. No ownership transfers to a partner unless expressly agreed in writing.

Each party must protect confidential commercial, technical, customer, supplier, pricing, and operational information received through the relationship.

9. Availability, warranties, and liability

CrownRoute works to provide reliable services but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, supplier outages, network failures, government actions, force majeure events, or third-party systems may affect service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrownRoute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any liability limits, service commitments, or remedies are governed by the applicable signed commercial agreement.

10. Suspension, termination, and governing terms

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, fraud risk, compliance concerns, security threats, supplier requirements, or termination of the relevant commercial relationship. Obligations relating to payment, confidentiality, data, intellectual property, and liability survive where applicable.

Governing law, dispute resolution, and legal venue are defined in the applicable signed commercial agreement and otherwise determined by applicable law.
